RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: For Product Return: Create a return request on your completed order by logging in as a member. You can deliver the product to us free of charge by delivering it to Contracted Cargo branches within 7 days. We will share information when the product reaches us and the necessary controls are completed. After the product review, information about whether the return or exchange has been approved will be sent to your account. Refunds for approved orders will be notified to your bank the next day.
Return Period: The return period is 15 days.
Refund of the Product Fee: The fee you paid for the product whose return has been approved will be reflected on your statement within 7 working days. You can follow up on your account statement. (The refund period varies depending on the banks.)
Return Shipping Fee: You can send the products to be returned with Contracted Cargo. No return product shipping fee is charged by our contracted cargo.
Sending by Different Cargo: If you prefer a courier company other than Contracted Cargo for your return shipments, you will have to make the payment yourself. In addition, your consignee-paid cargo that you send with different cargo companies is not accepted.
